Hello to my valued friends!!!!
I am very proud to announce that my daughter, Raven is a freshman at the University of Florida in the pre-veterinary program and she has decided to get involved with the American Cancer Society. She is teaming up with the Relay for Life Program. Personally I have lost very dear family members to cancer including 2 Uncles, my mother-in-law, Grandmother, a cousin and many members of my wife’s family. My wife is a cancer survivor!!!! Also my best friend lost his mom very young to colon cancer. I have also seen many of my great patients succumb to this horrible disease over the years. I am very proud of my daughter Raven for trying to raise money to eradicate this monster. She is a beautiful, caring young lady, who has a very big heart. I am proud to call her my daughter. Please find it in your heart to help Raven reach her goal for this wonderful organization. Below you will find her introduction and donation info.
Thank you for your loyal support!

From Raven Ferullo:
This year I am happy to announce that I will be participating in a Relay for Life team. This is my first year participating in the event and I feel truly blessed to be able to work with so many amazing students on our team. Though this is my first experience with Relay for Life, the message and what the event stands for really hit home for me. Like you, I know too many people whose lives have been touched by cancer. In 2005, my grandma passed away after a 5 year struggle with breast cancer. In 2008, my great-uncle Joe, who was like a grandfather to me, passed away from lung cancer. I have seen first hand the toll that this horrific illness can take on both its victims and their families. That’s why I’ve decided to take a stand and joined the American Cancer Society to help finish the fight by participating in my campus Relay For Life event.
A Relay For Life event is much more than just walking around a track. At the event, we celebrate loved ones who have won their battle against cancer, like my Mom, remember those no longer with us, and fight back against this disease that affects so many people right now.
Because of the funds we raise, more people in our community…
• Have the information and tools they need to avoid getting cancer or find the disease early, when it’s easiest to treat, by visiting cancer.org
• Have a place to turn for help 24/7 by calling 1-800-227-2345
• Benefit from the progress being made toward finding cancer’s causes and cures
• Get access to lifesaving screenings and treatment
I would truly appreciate your online donation. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to a world with less cancer and more birthdays and where no more lives are lost to the disease.
